Yes, we can fix all kinds of hardware issues, batteries, camera’s, charging issues, back glass, and water damage to name a few. We also do some micro soldering, board repair and data recovery.
We also fix laptop screens & batteries, Ipad & android tablet repairs and game consoles.
Yes, we carry a selection of used phones available to be purchased. We source our phones from reputable wholesalers, auctions and our customers. The phones have all had a background check to make sure they are not stolen, water damaged and are all in excellent working condition.
These are preowned phones and some may have more signs of use than others.
If we have missed something, or you do have a problem, all of our phones come with a 90 day warranty against any defects.
Yes, we do purchase used phones. If you are interested, please contact us for a quote. All phones are subject to a background check and functional condition inspection to ensure they are not water damaged and identify any other repairs that are needed that may affect the value.
All phones will require their activation lock to be turned off (signed out of iCloud or gmail accounts)
Absolutely. We accept mail in repairs from almost anywhere. Please contact us prior to sending it in so we can discuss you repair.
In the parcel with your device, please remember to include a note with your return address, contact information, details of the repair you wish performed, and passcode if possible as we will need that to test your device after repair. Please do not include cash.
Once your repair is complete, we will reach out to you to let you know your device is ready and schedule a pickup time. If you cannot be here to pick up the device, we can mail your device back to you for 20$+tax for shipping and handling.
Any device not paid for within 30 days of the day that we have reached out to let you know about the completed repair will have a 10% storage fee added to the invoice. If you cannot pick it up within 30 days, please contact us and we can arrange payment prior to the storage fee being added.Any device not picked up within 90 days will be disposed of at our discretion regardless of invoice status. This policy is a difficult one for us to enforce because we want to get your device back to you. However we have it to reflect the limited space we have available to store devices as well the fact we are small store and we do our best to manage our costs and inventory so we can keep our rates as affordable as possible.
Most phone repairs can be completed withing about an hour, though the overall turnaround time may be longer due to the volume of work we have at the time it is dropped off. There are some exceptions however. Water damage, data recovery, motherboard repairs and iPhone back glass repairs all can take significant amounts of time.
Generally, you can expect a routine display replacement on a phone to be completed the same day it is dropped off.
For repairs, our warranty covers any defect to the parts that have been installed into your device. This does not cover physical damage or water damage.
For preowned devices, our warranty covers any functional defect to the device. This also does not cover any physical or water damage.
At this time we are not expecting to have any ‘pop up shops’ or be doing any repairs outside of our shop in Terrace. If we do intend to schedule a day or two of repairs in your community, we will be posting details at least 2 weeks in advance. Please keep an eye on our facebook page for details. As these mobile repair shop weekends do add expense and time is limited, we would require a non-refundable deposit of 20$ per device to book and reserve your repair.
